POLICIES

ONLINE RETURN POLICY 

-We accept exchanges or store credit ONLY.

-Returns must be marked within 10 days of the date the package was delivered.

-Returns must be received in original condition, tags attached, and no sign of wear/oder.

-Clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

- Final sale items are stated in product description and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

-Shoes can be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY if there is absolutely no sign of wear of shoe or box. We will not exchange/issue store credit if we receive a return and either show wear. Customer will be responsible for shipping. MUST SHIP WITH ORIGINAL BOX.

-Shipping cost of both the return and shipping of new exchanged item is paid by customer. We do not refund shipping.

IN STORE RETURN

-We accept exchanges or store credit ONLY. 

-Must be returned within 10 days of purchase date with receipt and tags attached in new, unused condition. 

-Final sale & seasonal items are not eligible for exchange/store credit.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

-Customer is responsible for lost or stolen packages when we are provided with an incorrect address.

-We will reship any package that is returned to us as undeliverable at customer expense. 

-We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding packages shown as delivered. 

-We recommend communicating with USPS with lost packages.

DAMAGED ITEMS 

-Send email to gritandgalsboutique@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your package with clear pictures of the damaged area along with a picture showing the tags attached. 

SHIPPING TIME 

Please allow 1-3 business days for your package to ship. There may be small shipping delays around holidays.
