POLICIES

RETURN POLICY 

-We accept exchanges (on certain items) or store credit ONLY 

-Returns must be marked within 14 days of the date you received the package.

-Returns must be received in original condition, tags attached, and no sign of wear.

-Clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

-Aluminum and copper/spoon jewelry are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

-Shoes can be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY if there is absolutely no sign of wear of shoe or box. We will not exchange/issue store credit if we receive a return and either show wear. Customer will be responsible for shipping. MUST SHIP WITH ORIGINAL BOX.

-Shipping cost is paid by customer, and we do not refund shipping.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

-Customer is responsible for lost or stolen packages when we are provided with an incorrect address.

-We will reship any package that is returned to us as undeliverable at customer expense. 

-We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding packages shown as delivered. 

-We recommend communicating with USPS with lost packages.

DAMAGED ITEMS 

-Send email to gritandgalsboutique@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your package with clear pictures of the damaged area along with a picture showing the tags attached. 

SHIPPING TIME 

With the holidays, please expect an estimated one business week TAT. We’re not Amazon! ;)
